Rebecca South, President

Rebecca South has been captivated with Domes since the age of three. She grew up watching her father develop Monolithic Dome Industry along with his brothers, Barry and Randy. At age six moved into an 8,000 square foot Dome home in Menan, Idaho where she gave tours to about 100 people a week. (Continued…)

Andrew South, Vice President

Andrew grew up in the Dome business and now brokers and supervises large Dome building projects. His projects have included super-structures of 10,000 to 50,000 square feet and multi-million dollar budgets. (Continued…)

Mike South, Vice President Communications & Technology

Mike grew up “on the job” in Texas building Dome homes, schools, and storage facilities. He has been involved with Monolithic, Inc. since he was old enough to stuff an envelope and hold a hammer. He has been a lead superintendant for Monolithic for many years and is currently the IT Manager there. (Continued…)
